It’s all fun and games until the booze runs out…or until a police officer gets kicked.

Following her Beverly Hills Hotel rampage back in April, Kim Richards has reportedly been able to score a plea deal in court this morning, Aug. 31. While she doesn’t have to spend any hard time behind bars, prosecutors are requiring The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star to do some not-so-glamorous things. The deal involves three years probation, 30 days of community labor, and 52 AA classes.

Kim’s attorney accepted the deal under one condition: that she gets community service instead, claiming that labor tasks won’t be possible because of a foot injury. Prosecutors have requested verification from medical doctors in order for the deal to be adjusted.

As it stands, Kim has until September 14 to provide the court with the proper medical records. Otherwise, she could be making yet another trip to the county jail.

The star wasn’t in court to hear this all for herself, but we’re willing to bet she’s most devastated about her ban from the Beverly Hills Hotel. Then again, she should’ve seen that one coming.
