It has been said that it takes a village to raise a child, but for Alec Baldwin, it takes a small army of nannies to care for his kids. Baldwin took to Instagram to show his appreciation for the women that look after his children.

The 30 Rock star snapped a photo of the nannies hard at work. He captioned the image: “I am forever indebted to the women who have helped care for our children. Muchos gracias Lizzy, Sandra, Zena, Lisa and Avril.”
The actor and wife Hilaria Thomas Baldwin revealed that they have five nannies that take care of their two children Rafael (2 months) and Carmen (1).

Baldwin also posted a pic of his wife having a tender moment with their daughter Carmen. The caption reads: “These two would kiss each other all day!”

This week has been one for celebration for the Baldwin family as Rafael turned two months old. Hilaria posted a stream of pics celebrating their baby boys’ birthday as well as Carmen’s first boat ride.
It’s all smiles for the couple.
