She has yet to confirm or deny that she’s feuding with Katy Perry, but Taylor Swift is finally setting the record straight on her alleged falling out with Selena Gomez last summer! The besties reportedly hit a snag in their friendship over the “Slow Down” singer’s relationship with Justin Bieber, but in newly-released outtakes from her Rolling Stone interview, the 24-year-old says theres simply no truth to the rumors.

“People think they have all my relationships mapped out,” she told the mag. “There were all these blogs, like, ‘Are they feuding? Are they fighting?’ Meanwhile, Selena and I would be on the phone that night, laughing about it. We let them have that one.”

The “Shake It Off” crooner is known for dating a plethora of famous men and then writing songs about the love they shared, but now, she admits that she may have never actually felt real love. “Looking back? Not real love,” she said. “Not the kind that lasts. I think that’s still ahead of me — which is really exciting.”

In fact, these days, she’s actually become a bit disillusioned with the concept of love. “I think the way I used to approach relationship was very idealistic,” she admitted. “I used to into them thinking, ‘Maybe this is the one — we’ll get married and have a family, this could be forever.’ Whereas, now, I go in thinking, ‘How long do we have on the clock before something comes along and puts a wrench in it, or your publicist calls and says this isn’t a good idea?'”

It definitely seems Taylor is swearing off guys for a while!
