It’s been a tough year for Tori Spelling. Besides her husband, Dean McDermott’s, cheating scandal and stint in rehab, the actress lost her retail store and admitted to being broke. However, now, she’s looking to profit from her personal heartache.
“Tori would sell her soul to make money,” a friend tells Star. “She doesn’t mind airing her dirty laundry to get paid.”
The 40-year-old plans to try out for VH1’s Couples Therapy, and pitch a reality show based on she and Dean’s broken marriage. “It would be about them rebuilding their family,” the source explains. “They are thinking of calling it Tori & Dean: Coming Back to Life.”
Additionally, Tori will star on the new ABC Family show Mystery Girls, premiering this June.
