Lesson learned: always read the hashtags! Charlie Sheen fooled the Twitterverse over the weekend after posting a photo with his new girlfriend, Brett Rossi, and a caption saying they’d gotten married.
“this is the house ware M Gorbachev R Reagan did some epic. it’s also where S and I GOT MARRIED!” he wrote alongside the pic, which shows the couple on the steps of Iceland’s former French consulate building. He added the hashtag, “#RumorMilUhPede,” but that message was lost, and rumors began that the actor had tied the knot for a fourth time.
“He’s kidding around,” Charlie’s rep confirmed.
The Anger Management star was first spotted with the much-younger, adult film star in November. This isn’t the only time he’s stirred up trouble on Twitter recently, either — he’s been calling out his ex-wives, Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller, on the social media site lately, as well.
