Time to see if Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen’s twins will behave better at their uncle’s home. The 36-year-old’s brother, Scott, has taken over guardianship of four-year-olds Bob and Max — but in a major twist of events…they’ll all be living with Brooke!
The socialite lost custody of her kids earlier this year because of her drug abuse. However, because Scott doesn’t live close enough to the kids’ school, the judge has reportedly allowed all three of them to move in with the twins mom. As of now, though, Brooke has not gotten custody back.
Before Scott, another one of Charlie’s exes, Denise Richards, had temporary guardianship over the boys. However, on Thursday, she told Los Angeles’ Department of Child and Family Services that she can’t handle the twins anymore because their behavior has become violent.
Denise also has custody of she and Charlie’s two daughters, Sam and Lola, as well as the child she adopted in 2011, Eloise. The actress has backed up the Two and a Half Men star in his battle against Brooke, keeping detailed logs of his involvement with all four of his children.
