You just can’t keep Dean McDermott off social media! The actor quit Twitter and Instagram in October, but over the last few weeks, has noticeably been posting on his social media accounts more often…with no explanation about why he’s decided to return.
While the second season of True Tori was airing, the Chopped Canada host got a lot of criticism from the public, and couldn’t help but finally respond to some of his haters in October. He ended his defensive tweets with a seemingly definitive post that read, “I’m done with this social media s–t. To all my fans, you’re the best. Love you guys. Always will. To all the haters, you know how I feel.”
But, by December 11, less than two months later, Dean was back, sharing with fans that he’d made it a full year sober. Since then, he’s posted on both Instagram and Twitter every few days, mostly to promote appearances.
Dean’s most recent post came on Sunday, when he took a trip to the mall with his son, Liam. “Liam and I are at #NeimanMarcus cosmetic counter. We got bored, so I gave him a shiner. Pretty good huh??” he captioned a photo of his 6-year-old sporting a fake black eye.
Meanwhile, Tori Spelling’s husband also previously said he wouldn’t be returning for another season of True Tori, should there be one — looks maybe we shouldn’t simply take his word on that one just yet!
