It’s certainly not the first time that Amanda Bynes has complained about her appearance — but, this time, she does have an explanation for the way she feels she looks.
“My hair is hideous,” she tweeted on Tuesday. “I’m so mad at my parents. They are with holding my belongings and money from me so I don’t have new clothes or enough money to rent an apartment. We aren’t speaking. So until I get a different conservator ill look terrible because I don’t have enough to get new clothes or anything I need.”
The 28-year-old has made it clear over the last few days that she’s not happy with the temporary conservatorship her parents have obtained, so her latest rant is just a further explanation of what’s been bothering her.
Last year, Amanda was very vocal on social media about her insecurities regarding her appearance. In September, she reiterated those feelings in an exclusive interview with Star. “I think I’m so ugly,” she admitted. “When I called people ugly on Twitter, it was really because I wanted to say it first before they could call me ugly. I hate it when people call me ugly. When I was younger, this girl in elementary school said over and over, ‘You’re ugly, you’re ugly, you’re ugly!’ That always stuck with me, so now I always just call myself ugly so people can’t say it to me first.”
