Why hire an actor when you can just have your real life girlfriend star in your music video?! That was clearly Jason Derulo‘s mantra when he came up with the video idea for “Marry Me,” in which his girl Jordin Sparks appears as the leading lady.
Throughout the vid, we see the couple getting intimate, having a food fight, and Jason serenading to his love while she’s laying atop a piano. The song is about a man who promises to ask his girlfriend to marry him one day — could it mean wedding bells are in the future for this couple?
As the video comes to an end, we see the R&B singer picking out the engagement ring he plans to give to his girl, but things end before the proposal. Perhaps, the story will continue in the couple’s actual lives?!
Jason and Jordin were first rumored to be dating in the fall of 2011, but didn’t confirm the relationship until early 2012. Clearly, they’re not hiding anything anymore!
