Jessica Biel allegedly stole tips from two more of her ‘Au Fudge’ restaurant employees, sources have revealed.
Her former employees Mark Broadbent and Corey Page added their names to an amended complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this month, according to documents.
The original million-dollar lawsuit was filed in September.
Nine employees who claimed she pocketed their tips worth $430,100 and violated rest break laws filed the original suit. The disgruntled workers want $1 million in damages.
She has not publicly acknowledged the suit yet, but insiders say that the stress is affecting her home life with Justin Timberlake and son Silas.
“Justin’s been trying to lift her spirits but she’s gotten very little sleep and is glued to her work emails and phone while this mess is sorted out,” an insider said.
“This is a very difficult time for her and Justin, for sure.”
Biel is due in court for a case management conference on January 17, 2018 – just two weeks before her husband Timberlake’s Super Bowl performance.
