It’s been almost a year since Miley Cyrus shocked the world by completely chopping off her locks and debuting a dramatic, blonde pixie-cut. She has defended her hairstyle change time and time again, but is she finally getting sick the ‘do?!
The “We Can’t Stop” singer appeared on Fashion Police in an interview with her pal Kelly Osbourne, where she revealed that she’s still not quite used to having such short hair. “I love a good weave, I can’t help it!” she admitted, adding, “I’m secretly tugging on [my hair] every night.” Later on, the 20-year-old alluded to the idea that she’s not planning on having this short style forever. “I’m going to rock it while I have it,” she said.
At the same time, Miley shared that she’s proud to rock something different and somewhat unusual. “Being on the cover of Maxim and having short hair…I feel like I’m speaking on behalf of girls everywhere…and breaking this stereotype,” she explained.
