Travis Kelce will not participate in the upcoming Pro Bowl.
The Buffalo Bills announced on Friday, January 23, that tight end Dalton Kincaid would replace the Kansas City Chiefs player, 36, in the annual sporting event, which will take place on February 3. This will be Kincaid’s first Pro Bowl, while Travis is an eleven-time Pro Bowler.

During the January 7 episode of his and brother Jason Kelce‘s New Heights Podcast, Travis said he was looking forward to “just being a regular human for a couple weeks, maybe a month or so,” and was “trying to figure out what I’m gonna do next in terms of my future in football.”

“I’ve talked to a few people in the facility already, you know, having the exit meetings and everything, and they know where I stand at least right now,” he remarked. “And I think there’s a lot of love for the game that’s still there. And I don’t think I’ll ever lose that. It’s a tough thing to navigate.”
“If my body can heal up and rest up, and I can feel confident that I can go out there and give it another 18, 20, 21-week run, I think I would do it in a heartbeat,” he added. “So, I think right now it’s just finding that answer and seeing how the body feels after this game, and kind of when it all settles down.”
As Star reported earlier this month, a source told People that Travis “has been in discussions with every major streaming service, including Netflix, and every major network for the past several years,” noting, “that is not affecting his decision whether or not he is returning to football.”
