Teresa Giudice is supporting her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, in his bid to return to the United States.
On Thursday, June 26, Joe, 53, posted an Instagram carousel filled with photos of him and his four children, Gia, Milania, Gabriella and Audriana, whom he shares with the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 53. In the caption, he pleaded his case to President Donald Trump, asking for a pardon so he can come back home to them.
“I’m Joe Giudice. I served my time, and I’ve been deported from the U.S. for nearly a decade. I was raised in Jersey, I’m a father of four amazing daughters, and I just want to be allowed to visit them again. President Trump, I respect you and I’m asking for a second chance,” Joe wrote, alongside the hashtags “#PardonJoeGiudice #FamilyMatters#SecondChances #trump2024.”

Family and friends, including Teresa, took to the comment section to express their love and support for Joe in this journey.
“🙏❤️,” Teresa wrote on the post.
“I love you🙏🏻♥️,” Gia, 24, penned.
Milania, 19, wrote, “i love you dad.”
“I love you so much❤️❤️” Audriana, 15, added.
Teresa’s RHONJ costar Jennifer Aydin also chimed in on the post, urging the president to “bring this father home to his family! #bringjoehome,”
RHONJ alum Siggy Flicker — whom President Trump, 79, recently appointed to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council to oversee the nation’s Holocaust museum — commented as well, writing, “I’m trying. Joe should be back home with his beautiful daughters!!!!!!”
In 2014, Joe and Teresa were convicted of fraud. Joe was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison. He began his sentence in 2016 and was released in 2019. Later that year, he was deported to his home country of Italy. He currently lives in Nassau, Bahamas.

As for Teresa, she was sentenced to 15 months in prison and was released after serving 11 months in 2015. She ended her 20 year marriage to Joe in 2019 and their divorce was finalized the following year.
Teressa — who went on to tied the knot with Luis “Louie” Ruelas in 2022 — spoke about Joe’s deportation in a December 2022 episode of her Namaste B$tches podcast, according to Bravo. She shared that Ruelas was actually picking up “paperwork from the immigration attorney” for Joe.
“Joe is talking to an attorney, and the girls are in the process of writing letters, because they have to submit them, of why they want their father to come back to this country,” Teresa told listeners, per Bravo.
Joe’s request from President Trump comes after fellow reality TV stars Julie and Todd Chrisleywere pardoned by him on May 27. The husband-and-wife duo were convicted of tax evasion and bank fraud in 2022. Todd was serving a 12-year sentence at Federal Prison Camp Pensacola in Florida, while Julie was serving seven years at Kentucky’s Federal Medical Center Lexington.
