He refuses to go out a loser! After much speculation, Travis Kelce confirmed that he will return for another season with the Kansas City Chiefs. The NFL tight end, who will receive a reported $12 million, gave credit to his superstar fiancée, Taylor Swift. “We share the same love for what we do,” he said on The Pat McAfee Show, adding that it was “motivating” to see the 36-year-old continue to find “love and joy in what she does.”

But the three-time Super Bowl champ, also 36, admitted he’s even more motivated by the Chiefs’ failure to make it to the playoffs last season. “Of course I don’t want to end my career not making the playoffs and not having one of the best years, definitely having a down year,” he told his brother, Jason Kelce, on their New Heights podcast. “I f**king hated the way that s**t ended last year.”

While Travis then said he has to focus on off-season conditioning to ensure he’s ready for a comeback, a source tells Star that won’t delay his getting hitched to the “So High School” singer. In fact, says the insider, “A lot of people are predicting that this will bump up the wedding planning, and that they will make things official before pre-season.” And, taking a page from his dad-of-four brother, the NFLer isn’t planning on waiting until retirement to start a family. “He and Taylor are confident they can juggle baby-making with Travis’ career,” says the source. “It won’t be a problem!”
