"The first time we met, within probably 30 seconds, we were talking about her daughters," friend Catherine Knowles told the Dr. Drew show.

When Dr. Drew asked if she ever saw Christy showing any other warning signs toward her daughters or husband, Catherine said she saw "nothing."

"Every conversation we had, I can assure you her daughters were brought up. She was a loving mother," Catherine said. "I can't begin to tell you what would happen to make somebody do something this horrific. From what I knew of Christy, she loved those girls."

Star previously reported that Christy tricked her daughters and husband, Jason, into the living room by calling a "family meeting" before stabbing 22-year-old Taylor and 17-year-old Madison, before shooting both. While Jason tried to stop her, he was too late and was forced to escape and seek help from the neighbor.

As Star readers know, the eldest daughter Taylor was set to wed her fiancé just days after the shooting.
