The 50-year-old actress said, “I found true love with my husband who passed so I’m hoping to find love again.” But she knows it will be hard. “I don’t think I will. I’m open to it, but I think what I had — I was so lucky to have found that, it’s what everybody wants in life.”

Christian died by suicide in 2017 after a long battle with bipolar disorder. Ricki filed from divorce from him in 2014, but they continued their relationship amid his mental health struggle until September 2016. Still, she remained hopeful they could one day work things out.

Ricki is keeping his legacy alive by co-producing the documentary Weed The People, which advocates for the legalization of medical marijuana. “I have to spread the word about recognizing this disorder and getting treatment as soon as possible,” she said.
