On June 12, 1994 Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend, Ron Goldman were murdered outside her Brentwood, Calif. condo.

Neighbors were led to the scene by Nicole's dog, who they found unattended with bloody paws.

Nicole, a former model born in Frankfurt, Germany, left behind two children after she was slain.

She was 35 when she died.

After a lengthy trial, her ex-husband, O.J. Simpson was acquitted of both murders.
