As Star readers know, the newly engaged diva has been shredding for her wedding — and has already lost a whopping 55 lbs.!

The 45-year old has taken her dietary restrictions to a whole new level, as she's petrified that "if she gets big again, she will lose her man.”

“Right now she’s on a serious diet that has very strict portion controls and prepared meals,” a source explained to RadarOnline about the star's "crash diet."

“Mariah absolutely hates this diet because she does not get to eat everything that she loves to eat. Because of this she is in a cranky mood a lot," the insider said about the notorious bridezilla. "But she is not going to stop her diet for anything!”
