Just outside the La Risacca restaurant in Milan, Lindsay Lohan was spotted with a fancy-suited male having what appeared to be a fight on April 28. "They were arguing about something, and she grabbed his arm in this really desperate way--but he just shrugged her off, and she burst into tears," recalls a witness.

"She was just standing there, crying and wailing about the way she was being treated," the witness adds.

And this isn't the first time she's looking a little out of shape. Lindsay was spotted outside London's Cirque le Soir nightclub on April 15, looking a little stuffed. "Lindsay was a hot mess," an eyewitness reports. "Her belly was falling out of her jeans. People were embarrassed for her."
