'I Don't Get Attached!' Laverne Cox Gives Shocking Update About Her Dating Life — What Will Jono Say? — EXCLUSIVE

Laverne Cox not only flew solo on the red carpet during the 2016 GLAAD Awards on May 14, but she also had some very interesting things to share about her personal take on dating.  

"Fore me, I've always disclosed that I'm trans [on dates]. Before I even meet them I'm like 'You know, right?'" the Orange Is The New Black star — who's currently dating director Jono Freedrix — explained. "Are you cool? And if you're not just keeping it moving!"  

After talking about the importance of "being yourself" on dates, she further added, "Never get attached. I try and never get attached, or have expectations around relationship."  

"A dear friend of mine said to me, 'The only thing you need to know about a relationship is whether you want to see the other person again." she added.  

"If you want to see the other person again, then everything is great!" she concluded.
