As her ex-husband Monty Brinson's battle with cancer worsens, her family is terrified she may relapse! Kim, 51, briefly discussed Monty's cancer diagnosis on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and he has chronicled his life while dealing with stage 4 lung cancer and a brain tumor on Instagram.

But now, Monty's health is declining to a heartbreaking point, and it's only hurting 60-day-sober Kim.

“He is not even able to walk on his own,” his other ex-wife,
Terri Doss, told
RadarOnline. She also revealed that he is currently paralyzed and is “not of sound mind.”

“Kim has been by Monty’s side since he was diagnosed and when he passes she is going to be devastated,” another source told Radar.
