Jenna Jameson, who’s been a very vocal proponent of the keto diet and intermittent fasting, revealed to her followers that she’d actually fallen off the wagon! The porn star originally claimed she lost 80 pounds on the diet plan before she stopped following it. Now, she’s explaining why she’s recommitting herself to the regiment.

Jenna, 45, wrote on Instagram, “Let’s talk jumping back on the wagon after losing control and eating like a crazed banshee. We all do it?? There are no exceptions.”

“But how do we get the wherewithal to begin again? For me, it comes in the form of wanting to feel my best. I know I’m not perfect and my willpower isn’t ironclad, but I DO know I will never give up! It’s important to know that no matter how long you fall off, you can always jump back on the horse!” she explained.

“It’s ok to feel discouraged, disappointed and down right pissed. Channel that into positivity and know there are so many on this journey right along with you! Love you guys!” she concluded. She also posted a new before and after photo.

Earlier in the week, she gave more context for her remarks. She wrote, “Ok guys... confession time. Since moving to Hawaii, I’ve stopped [intermittent fasting] ? I guess I just got lazy.”

“I can feel the difference in my mental clarity,” she claimed. “Definitely not as sharp and a lot less focused. I just started back fasting this weekend, and it’s definitely hard to jump back on the wagon!”

“My stomach rumbles so loud it wakes Batel ?,” she said of her two-year-old daughter. “But within a few days of fasting ... I’ve noticed a flatter tummy and tighter skin, not to mention better concentration.”

Jenna then clarified that she fasts from 6 p.m. to 11 a.m., but during that time she can have water, tea or black coffee.
