Taking Him To Trial! Jenelle Evans Scheduled In Court After Accusing Ex Nathan Griffith Of Larceny - Lawyer Tells All!

As Star readers know, the Teen Mom 2 star came home to a bitter surprise after returning from her Miami trip with boyfriend David Eason – her car got stolen!

Turns out that the man behind the auto theft was none other than the 24-year-old’s ex fiancée, Nathan.  

An After Jenelle filed misdemeanor larceny charges against her ex on Jan 24., a warrant was issued for his arrest, and the 27-year-old turned himself in on Feb 3.

RadarOnline has now revealed that Jenelle is scheduled to appear in court next month. Nathan’s lawyer, Megan Milliken, however, remains optimistic.

“It’s just the first court date in the criminal case,” she told Radar. “There are only three results that could come of it. It’s dismissed by the state, it’s ‘continued’ to another future court date, or we have a trial.”

“The first two [possibilities] are much more likely than the latter,” she further explained. “It’s just like a regular criminal court date. There will likely be hundreds of others on the docket and the State will decide if and how it wants to proceed in that matter.”
