Is It Over? Rarely Seen Hayden Panettiere Spotted Without Her Engagement Ring Amid Rehab Drama

When it was announced that Nashville was to be canceled, sources told OK! that Hayden Panettiere was happy about the axe. It meant that she'd be able to check back in to rehab to finally get the help she needed with her postpartum depression.

"She's been suffering for a long time, not eating or sleeping," a source told OK! when Hayden checked back in earlier this summer. And while she's been rarely seen since seeking help again, the 26-year-old finally surfaced in New York on July 4 for a smoke and some reading time.

But the star was noticeably missing her engagement ring, which doesn't bode well with her already troubled wedding plans with 40-year-old fiancé, Wladimir Klitschko.

"Now Wlad's starting to worry that she won't ever commit," an insider told OK!, adding it even took five proposals before Hayden agreed to marry him in October 2013.

"He's a very traditional guy. If he'd had his way, they would have been married long before they had their daughter," the source said.

Even worse for their relationship, Hayden has been getting attention from one of her Nashville costars, Derek Hough, since entering treatment again. A tipster dished that he's been writing her letters "every few days" since she checked in.

"He thinks she's a really great person," the insider explains. "They bonded while filming, and he wants to let her know that he cares. He's got a soft spot for her, and he doesn't like seeing her go through this."
