The 40-year-old recently sparked plastic surgery speculation after stepping out with a newly line-free, plastic face.

"She works incredibly hard to keep her body at its absolute best, and she wants her face to match," a friend revealed to Star.

The "Big Girls Don't Cry" singer has admitted in the past that she wouldn't be opposed to getting surgery, saying, "I would maybe consider a nip and tuck. I've been sun-tanning forever and damaging m skin. I'd be open to Botox."

And it looks like she's taken the plunge, according to New York City-based plastic surgeon Dr. Norman Rowe.

"It looks like she's had aggressive laser-resurfacing treatments to smooth and tighten her skin," Dr. Rowe said.

"Her neck has also been treated with Botox and ultrasound tightening treatment," he explained.
