Beyoncé has been using Halloween to pay tribute to some icons of black history. First, she dressed as Toni Braxton on the cover of her 1993 debut album. Now, she’s donned the iconic one-leg tracksuit of Florence Griffith Joyner aka Flo Jo, considered the fastest woman of all time!
