Meghan Markle’s Staff Turmoil Is ‘Very Embarrassing’ For Prince Harry, ‘Causing Tension’ (Exclusive)
Prince Harry is running out of excuses for his wife’s behavior, a source tells Star.
Meghan Markle, 44, “is dealing with another staffing nightmare,” the source says of the recent decision by her director of communications, Emily Robinson, to leave after just three months.
As Star previously reported, Robinson is the 23rd employee to quit since 2018. “Losing staff at this rate is not normal, anyone can see that,” says the source.
And it’s “causing tension” with her husband, 41, adds the source. “Publicly, Harry has got her back, but obviously this is getting very embarrassing.”
“Meghan’s always denying that she’s the problem but at some point it’s impossible to ignore that she’s the common denominator in all of these disastrous working relationships,” continues the source. “A lot of people are saying she needs to take a long, hard look at the way she’s treating her staff because too many talented and well-respected people are walking away.”
The Duke of Sussex “hates drama,” adds the source, “but he wishes she’d take some constructive criticism so they can avoid this going forward.”
