In a clip from an episode of her Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce podcast posted on her YouTube page on Tuesday, June 2, the 34-year-old — who shares daughtersWyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and 13-month-old Finnley with husband Jason Kelce — ran through her postpartum gift guide.
“They’re going to tell you you need it when you leave the hospital, and they’re dead serious. You need a stool softener. OK? I said what I said,” she remarked. “One of the scariest things you’re going to do? Your first poop after giving birth. OK? If you don’t believe me, that’s fine. I’m happy for you.”

“You’re going to have to stop at CVS or send someone to CVS to pick it up for you if you don’t already have it,” she continued, suggesting Dulcolax.
Other items on the mom of four’s list included tucks with hazel pads dermoplast, icicle pads, adult diapers, butt paste, nipple cream and more.
In the full episode, which came out in March, Kylie described the first postpartum poop as “terrifying.”
“A fear I cannot even begin to explain,” she admitted. “The first postpartum poop is, I mean, wow, scary.”

Also in the episode, Kylie argued against the belief that postpartum lasts only six weeks.
“It takes me until I am typically a year out of giving birth to feel more like myself. This is fed up because when you read studies about when you’re healed, like truly healed, it isn’t even close to six weeks,” she explained.
“We’re not ‘bouncing back’ in six weeks,” she stated. “You’re not even cleared for strenuous activity until six to eight weeks after giving birth.”
