Kanye West’s Spiraling Behavior Triggers Kim Kardashian’s Custody Court Showdown

To paraphrase Jay-Z, Kim Kardashian has 99 problems and they’re all Kanye West! The couple’s oldest daughter, North, 11, was hanging with her dad when security guards warned Kim that the notorious Tate brothers, who’ve been accused of sex trafficking in Romania, were on their way to see them. Upon hearing the news, Kim, 44, insisted the visit be immediately ended.

She then reportedly called for an emergency custody hearing amid worries West is “not a well person… he’s not acting rationally,” a source says.

Kim was already furious that Kanye, 47, had recently released a single featuring North alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs, 55, who’s awaiting trial on sex crime charges. When they split in 2022, Kim and Kanye agreed to share custody of their four children; but depending on the outcome of the custody hearing, Kim may end up being a single parent.
