Dr. Martin Best (Josh Charles) is a brilliant surgeon who ditches his practice in Boston to become the sole doctor in a small Maine town where he spent summers as a kid.

FOX

He quickly turns off the residents with his brusque, big-city ways, but that doesn’t prevent him from getting sucked into their personal problems and feuds. A remake of the U.K. hit Doc Martin, this lighthearted comedy proves laughter really is the best medicine.
