David Beckham is looking back on 2025, and it doesn’t include his and wife Victoria Beckham’s eldest son, Brooklyn.
On Wednesday, December 31, the legendary soccer player, 50, posted an Instagram carousel of photos from the year, featuring the former Spice Girl, 51, and their other three children, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 13.
“I feel very lucky to have had the year I’ve had in 2025 full of moments that I will never forget from my 50th to my knighthood (still pinching myself ) and then finishing with winning the MLS as an owner,” the retired athlete captioned his post.

“I’m so grateful to my incredible wife, my amazing children, my friends and team I work with every single day nothing would have been possible without you all,” he continued.
“But as Sir Alex Ferguson would say ‘Onto the the next’ ❤️ Thank you for the incredible memories I will forever remember 2025 ❤️ @victoriabeckham I love you & our kids ❤️,” David concluded his post.
There has seemingly been tension in the Beckham family this past year, as Brooklyn, 26, and his wife,Nicola Peltz, don’t follow David and Victoria on Instagram, and vice versa. It appears Brooklyn also doesn’t follow any of his siblings on the platform.

On Sunday, December 21, per People, Cruz shared a screenshot of an article published by the Daily Mail that claimed David and Victoria unfollowed Brooklyn. Cruz disputed the allegation, writing, “NOT TRUE My mum and dad would never unfollow their son … Let’s get the facts right. They woke up blocked … as did I.”
Brooklyn also opted to spend Christmas with the Peltz family.
As Star previously reported, Brooklyn and his wife were noticeably absent from David’s 50th birthday celebration in May.
