Romeo Beckham’s Ex Kim Turnbull Addresses Rumors She Dated Brooklyn Amid Reported Family Feud

Kim Turnbull is setting the record straight once and for all on whether she and Brooklyn Beckham ever had a romantic entanglement.

On Monday, June 16, the 24-year-old model, who had dated Romeo Beckham for seven months, took to her Instagram Story to reveal her truth.

“I’ve avoided speaking on this topic to prevent adding fuel to the fire, however it’s come to the point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on,” she explained. “I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative.”

“I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question,” she wrote, referring to Brooklyn. “Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16. I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation & set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved.”

Turnbull’s statement comes after Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz, skipped out on David Beckham’s 50th birthday celebration in May. Brooklyn’s siblings, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 13, all attended the party. Turnbull was there as Romeo’s date.

A source told People last month that Brooklyn and Nicola, 30, didn’t show up because of Turnbull.

“Brooklyn didn’t want to be in the same room as her, and he told his dad that,” the insider told the outlet. “But David opted to have Kim there over Nicola.” A separate source added, “Brooklyn and Kim know each other from the past, and his family knows he’s not comfortable around her.”

Romeo and Turnbull broke up that same month, leading to greater speculation.

However, in April, Cruz reportedly wrote in an Instagram comment that “Brooklyn and Kim never dated.”

There have also been reports of a feud between Nicola and Brooklyn’s mom, Victoria Beckham, which reportedly began over a wedding dress.

Despite the drama, the legendary soccer player included Brooklyn in his heartfelt Father’s Day post, sharing an Instagram carousel with pictures of him and his four kids.

“My most important & favourite job in life is being a dad… I’m so proud of all of you and like daddy (sorry boys) tells you every single day, I will always be here for you no matter what…” David wrote in the caption. “Mummy, thank you for doing the most important part and making me a father.
