Brooke Hogan Contacted Police About Hulk’s Autopsy, Offered to Pay for Private Examination

Brooke Hogan did her own investigation following the death of her father, Hulk Hogan, in July 2025.

According to a new report, Brooke, 38, reached out to the Clearwater Police Department in the days after the WWE star’s passing. The report, obtained by TMZ, claimed Brooke inquired about whether an autopsy would be conducted on Hulk as she had heard rumors of a “botched” surgery.

The officer told the Rock the Block star that he had also heard the rumor, but that the decision would be up to the medical examiner.

Brooke — who Hulk shared with ex-wife Linda Hogan, along with brother Nick — was later contacted by the police department who offered to meet with her to “clarify some of the speculation in the public.”

Hulk died on July 24, 2025, weeks after undergoing a heart valve operation and a neck spinal fusion surgery. Despite his wife, Sky Daily, informing fans shortly before his death that Hulk was recovering well, the wrestling legend suffered sudden cardiac arrest at his Florida home.

According to the police report, Brooke also expressed concern over a private autopsy, for which she offered to pay. However, officers informed her that she would need to contact Hulk’s wife, Daily.

Clearwater Police released its final report on the death, per WCNC, revealing there was no evidence of criminal wrongdoing.

“Under the circumstances, it fell to the Clearwater Police Department to address, challenge, or validate some of the concerns in the case,” the department shared. “Investigators had to interview multiple witnesses and review various recordings to answer questions central to our inquiry.”

Hulk was 71 at the time of his death.
