Britney Spears has a new career idea brewing.

The pop icon, 44, took to Instagram on Monday, July 27, with a sprawling caption covering everything from a foot injury to a possible business pivot. “I haven’t been posting that much. I dance for myself lately and I’ve hurt my foot twice,” Spears wrote, before adding, “I’m learning to be kinder to myself n I’m thinking of starting a cool business making soap 🧼 and candles and quitting IG.”

The post also included clips of Spears dancing in a red dress and she explained the inspiration behind the idea. “If you know me, I’m actually a real nerd and I get fascinated with the smallest things,” she wrote, before sharing “some silly footage” of herself making a stained glass lamp. “It doesnt show the end product and the blowing machine that melts it … oh well 🌹🌹🌹💅💅💅💅💅.”

The caption opened on a more reflective note, with Spears musing about self-care tied to a pair of specialty socks she’d been wearing while recovering from her foot injury. “If your feet are symbolic to your soul, take care of them … God speed and awaken them, yet then know when to be selfish and take care of yourself,” she wrote.

As Star previously reported, Spears’ March 2026 DUI arrest led to a voluntary stay in rehab before she was sentenced to 12 months of probation, fined $571 and ordered to complete a three-month DUI program, attend weekly sessions with a psychologist and see a psychiatrist twice a month.

At the time, her attorney said that the Grammy winner had “accepted responsibility” and was taking “significant steps to implement positive change.” According to an insider, Spears remained focused on her recovery, saying her priority was to continue healing after rehab and comply fully with the court’s requirements.

Months later, Spears again sparked concern when she was photographed sticking her head and upper body out of the sunroof of a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon while traveling on California’s 101 Freeway in July. After the images circulated online, she addressed the reaction on Instagram, sharing one of the photos herself and insisting the moment represented only “two seconds of insanity,” adding that “nothing is what it seems.”

She ended the post on a defiant note, joking, “Psss I think I need to come out of the roof quite a bit more.”
