The pop star, 44, shared a new video to Instagram on Wednesday, February 25, in which she danced around a dining room in a see-through one-piece that her breasts kept slipping out of. Spears covered her chest with heart emojis or her hands throughout the clip.
In the video, the “Circus” singer performed to the Clean Bandit song “Rockabye” as she cupped her breasts, slapped her bottom and whipped her hair around.
“TRICKED YA !!! Y’ALL THOUGHT I WAS GONE !!! BE PRETTY N S**T WITH DRESS !!!” Spears captioned an Instagram Reel shared on Monday that now appears to have been removed. “COME ON NOW, MAMMA KNOWS THAT HEART MORE THAN ANY BODY !!!”
In January, Spears — who was under a controversial conservatorship from 2008 to 2021 — explained to her followers why she dances the way she does on Instagram despite concerned feedback from fans and followers.
“Interestingly enough, I dance on IG to heal things in my body that people have no idea about,” she wrote in a January 8 post. “Yup and it’s embarrassing sometimes… but I walked through the fire to save my life…”

In the same post, she said that she “will never perform in the U.S. again because of extremely sensitive reasons.”
However, she added that she hopes to one day “be sitting on a stool with a red rose in my hair, in a bun, performing with my son… in the UK and AUSTRALIA very soon.”
She did not specify which of her two sons — Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19, whom she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline — she hoped to perform with.
