Britney Spears Alarms Fans By Sharing Chaotic Home Video: ‘Is She OK?’

Britney Spears has fans worried after posting concerning videos of herself looking disheveled and singing off-key in what appears to be a messy home environment.

On Monday, August 18, the 43-year-old pop icon shared an Instagram clip featuring herself performing Rihanna’s “Unfaithful” while wearing polka-dot pajamas and knee-high boots.

In the video, Spears  sang seemingly off-key while also speaking in a British accent, with various items scattered across the floor behind her. She captioned one post, “Messing around with lighting and cleaning my house like no tomorrow.”

Though the singer disabled comments under the videos on her Instagram, fans flocked to X to express their concern.

“Is she ok?” one asked, while another wrote, “She’s really not doing well!”

Other fans expressed concern over Spears’ pets — one of which scampered about in the background as she sang.

The troubling posts come as Spears faces additional stress from ex-husband Kevin Federline‘s upcoming memoir.

As Star previously reported, the singer is “beside herself” and “in fight mode” over Federline’s tell-all book, You Thought You Knew, which is set for an October release.

An insider told Star that Spears is “desperate to get her hands on a copy” and feels betrayed after being “fairly restrained” about their marriage in her own 2023 memoir.

This isn’t the first time Spears has worried fans with her bizarre social media antics: The singer — whose controversial 13-year conservatorship ended in 2021 — recently danced with knives and posed nude for her 40 million Instagram followers.

Still, her latest posts have intensified ongoing concerns about her mental health and living situation.

“She needs an intervention. This is so sad to watch,” another fan shared.
