Andy Cohen is setting the record straight after fans speculated he’d gone under the knife.
The Bravo boss, 57, sparked chatter online after appearing especially fresh-faced while cohosting CNN’s New Year’s Eve broadcast alongside longtime pal Anderson Cooper. At least one viewer took to social media to ponder whether the silver-haired host had a fresh facelift — but Cohen insists the truth is far, far less dramatic.
“I am so flattered,” Cohen said during the Monday, January 5 episode of his SiriusXM radio show, per Page Six. “I love the speculation that I’ve dramatically changed my face.”

The Watch What Happens Live host clarified that he hasn’t had plastic surgery, crediting a few low-key tweaks instead. Cohen admitted to getting “the teeniest bit of Botox,” plus four subtle veneers on his front teeth. He also laughed that he may have overdone it with bronzer before going on air, revealing that he asked his makeup artist to, “warm me up a little bit” and “give me some more tanner.”
Cohen also pointed to weight loss as part of the transformation. When one fan slammed his new look on Threads — writing, “I just saw the new clips of Andy Cohen on NYE and WTF did he do to his face?!? Is he trying to find a new husband at Mar-a-Lago?” — Cohen responded directly, revealing that he’d dropped “20 pounds.”
“I have to say, it really helped me with cravings,” he said, “which I was having a very hard time with, and really forcing myself to be more disciplined with my diet and with working out.”
Still, at least one famous fan is sending cheers. Monica Lewinsky replied under Cohen’s Threads response to call him “v handsome!”
