Carey Hart, 41, also known as singer Pink’s other half, was spotted juggling the couple’s two children in New York City Saturday. He checked out of a hotel, and carried 6-month-old baby Jameson Moon Hart, while big sister Willow Sage Hart, 6, walked along side carrying her own luggage.
The former professional freestyle motocross racer loaded the kids into the waiting black SUV–like a boss. Clearly this is not his first time at the rodeo. Mama Pink, 37, was nowhere to be found while Carey was pulling double daddy duty, but just two days prior the couple was seen shopping at a spiritual bookstore in Malibu.
The pair has had an unconventional relationship. They met at the 2001 X Games and took a break from dating in 2003 before getting back together. It was Pink who proposed, not Carey. Carey was competing in a race and Pink was helping out. She wrote, “Will You Marry Me? I’m Serious!” on a sign that at first, the racer didn’t notice. After another lap Carey saw the message and promptly drove off the course in order to accept Pink’s proposal.
The couple married in 2006, but announced they were separating in February 2008. Not long afterward Carey’s brother died after a motocross accident. Pink reportedly was by Carey’s side throughout the grieving process, and the couple reconciled in 2009. They welcomed daughter Willow in 2011 and son Jameson in 2016.
In June 2017 Pink confirmed she is working on her 7th studio album. She had taken a break in order to write songs. Carey, who is now retired from motocross, has appeared in several of Pink’s music videos including So What, Raise Your Glass, and Just Give Me a Reason.
