It looks like Jenelle Evans is sadly falling back into old habits — the MTV star reportedly got into a heated altercation with her fiance, Nathan Griffith, on Wednesday, which eventually led to his arrest for domestic violence.
Things are apparently not going well for the newly-engaged couple, because according to the incident report, Jenelle was staying at a hotel and only went back to her home with Nathan to grab some belongings. While she was there, the couple got into a heated argument, and according to the reality star, Nathan pinned her against the toilet and ripped her engagement ring off her finger, leaving a small cut.
Nathan’s side of the story is a bit different — he claims Jenelle took the ring off herself and threw it at him, and refers to his fiancee as the violent one in their relationship, revealing that she’d allegedly injured him in the past.
No word on where the couple’s infant son, Kaiser, was at the time of the altercation. MTV cameras were reportedly filming as the whole thing went down, but were locked out of the room Jenelle and Nathan went at it in.
Meanwhile, after the fight and arrest, Jenelle took to Instagram to share a photo of some work she was doing at nursing school. “Just gotta stay focused and accomplish my goals,” she wrote. This incident comes just two months after Nathan’s January proposal.
