There’s still hope for another Sex and the City reunion! Three and a half years after the former HBO hit’s second movie was released, Sarah Jessica Parker admits that the jury’s not out on a third film.
“A part of me thinks there is one last chapter to tell,” the show’s star tells InStyle. “But timing is a peculiar thing. It isn’t a decision that can wait forever. I don’t want to have to wear muumuus!”
In December, the 48-year-old’s costar, Kristin Davis, confirmed that another reunion is possible. “I don’t think [a third film] is a pipe dream, there is discussion,” she said. “People talk about it amongst the people who are the players, but I don’t know if it will come together. It would be very exciting if it did.”
Sex and the City aired for six seasons from 1998-2004. The first movie hit theaters in 2008, with a sequel in 2010.
