May is National Teen Pregnancy Prevention Month, and May 1 (today) represents the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy. To raise awareness about this issue, the Candie’s Foundation has launched a new initiative involving hit singer Carly Rae Jepsen and a social media campaign.
Candie’s partnered with the program “Thunderclap” so that on one specific moment on May 1, a tweet/Facebook post will be sent out from every person who opts to support their initiative. Additionally, the Foundation’s spokesperson, Carly Rae, released a PSA with the slogan, “You’re supposed to be changing the world…not changing diapers!”
Carly isn’t the only celeb supporting the campaign — see who else is tweeting about it!
