Ouch — that looked painful! Luke Bryan had a little mishap during his concert in Charlotte, North Carolina on Thursday, and fell off the stage in the middle of his performance!
While singing a cover of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ “Can’t Hold Us,” the country singer slipped and landed in the security pit. After a few seconds on the floor, he managed to get back on the stage with some help from his team members, but sat on the edge rather than getting to his feet right away.
“What is it about North Carolina that makes me bust my a–?!” he asked the crowd, referring to another tumble he took during a Greensboro, NC concert in February.
Next, Luke jumped right into an a cappella rendition of his song “Crash My Party,” but changed the lyrics on the spot to make fun of himself for falling.
Luckily, it seems the “Play it Again” singer is doing okay. “I’m good. Few stitches,” he tweeted afterward. The tour continues in Virginia tonight.
