What if your fiancé wanted to add a phrase to your wedding vows — “to have and to hold…even if I killed a guy and covered up the crime”? That’s what Dr. Caroline Muirhead faced when she got engaged to a man who confessed he’d killed a cyclist in a hit-and-run, then dumped the body.

Does a bride-to-be have an obligation to play detective? That very relatable predicament — having to choose between your own happily ever after or giving the dead man’s family closure — makes this doc a provocative watch.
