Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun’s Romance Is ‘Getting Serious’: ‘They Are Committed to Each Other’

Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun aren’t playing coy anymore.

The Euphoria star and the music mogul were spotted holding hands at Universal Studios Hollywood’s Halloween Horror Nights Sept. 28. Among the couple’s group were her parents, Lisa and Steven.

“Sydney and Scooter are indeed a couple and getting serious,” an insider tells Star. “Spending time with her family is a sign that they are committed to each other. She’s introducing him to her friends, too. She wants her guy to meet the important people in her life.”

The night before, the pair celebrated the Christy actress’ 28th birthday at a space-themed party she documented on Instagram. The dad of three, who split from wife Yael Cohen after seven years in 2022, came dressed as a Jedi from the Star Wars franchise.

The birthday girl — single since splitting from fiancé Jonathan Davino after seven years in March — wore a silver, star-bedecked minidress. The pair reportedly have been hanging out for a while and got closer at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s star-studded Italian wedding in June.

“Sydney isn’t going to date just anybody,” the source says of the Hollywood “It Girl,” adding that she sees Scooter — who’s had business clashes with both Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber — as a fellow power player.

“She’s attracted to successful men and loves that Scooter knows so much about the business. She’s learning a great deal about ways to improve her career.”
