Reese Witherspoon Plans Move-In With NYC Boyfriend Oliver Haarmann After Nearly a Year of Coast-to-Coast Romance

Moving on up! After nearly year of dating, Nashville-based Reese Witherspoon is planning to move in with her boyfriend, NYC financier Oliver Haarmann.

A source reveals that the 49-year-old “has been spending an increasing amount of time in New York” on luxe dates with the private equity honcho, 57, including recent outings to scope out pricey property in Greenwich Village.

“They’re shopping around,” confirms the source of the pair, who were spotted checking out a $13 million penthouse on lower Fifth Ave. “Reese won’t be there all the time, but she wants to see Oliver as often as possible.

Until now, they’ve been meeting at hotels which was fun. But now they’re ready for the next step.”

An added bonus: The move would bring the Oscar winner closer to son Deacon, 21, a student at nearby NYU. But the real pull is Oliver, who the source says ticks all of the boxes for Reese.

“He’s so reliable, and he does what he says he’s going to do. Plus, he’s successful in his career and not threatened in the least by Reese’s success.”

The actress, whose two marriages (to Ryan Phillippe, dad to Deacon and Ava, 25, and talent agent Jim Toth, 12-year-old Tennessee’s father) ended in divorce, is in no rush to wed again, says the source.

“But this will be like a trial marriage to see if they’re compatible living partners. Reese knows when it’s right, and this feels so right.”
