Princess Kate hasn’t taken the throne yet — and the current occupant, Queen Camilla, is keen to remind her.
Camilla, 78, “is fuming over the way Kate and William essentially pushed her and Charles aside and bulldozed their way into this Andrew situation,” a source tells Star, referring to King Charles III’s decision to strip Andrew of his royal titles.
It’s not the first time she’s suspected William and Kate, both 43, have gone behind her back, says the source: “Camilla believes they are constantly undermining the King’s authority as well as hers, holding sneaky meetings with courtiers and leaving them out of the loop with day-to-day matters that are very much their business.”

The king, 76, “promised” his wife she would have a say in royal business, notes the source, “but it’s become abundantly clear that the Waleses don’t want to involve her in certain big picture decisions.”
For their part, Camilla’s stepson and his wife “find her pushy,” says the source, adding that they’re also “wary of her” because of reports that the queen wants to live in the Royal Lodge if Charles dies before her.
“It’s a delicate situation because Camilla can’t be seen to go hard against Kate, for obvious reasons,” continues the source. “Instead she’s ordering Charles to fix this and ensure they don’t get away with treating her like a second class citizen.”
