The California mudslides, which hit Tuesday morning has left devastating destruction to neighborhoods in the Motecito area of Santa Barbara County claiming the lives of at least 17 people with 43 still missing.

On Wednesday, Bella Thorne tweeted an incentive comment about the road closures and Rob Lowe, who has shared that friend of his are among the missing, was quick to call her out.

The 53-year-old took a screen shot of Bella’s now deleted tweet on Instagram, which said: “F— u 101 to Santa Barbra [sic]. I’m missing my boyfriends first date on his tour:(((”

Rob quipped, “This attitude is why people hate celebrities/Hollywood. Bella, I’m sorry you were inconvenienced. We will try to move out our dead quicker.”

After the child star deleted the original tweet she issued an apology on Thursday, saying, “F— just caught up on some news had no idea why the 101 was shut down…get home to your family safe.”

In addition to the post calling out Bella, Rob also shared to social various pictures of destruction. In one picture of what looks to be a roof of a house tangled in a tree he wrote: “More terrible stories of loss today. Friends missing, some gone forever. Pray for Montecito and know: EVERY day could be your last. Embrace that.”

In another post, calling attention to animals he said, “It’s easy to forget that it’s not just people in these disasters. No one tells the animals to evacuate.”
