R. Kelly appeared on CBS This Morning with Gayle King to strike back at his accusers, including those from the heartbreaking documentary Surviving R. Kelly. He ended up shouting, pacing around the room, and swearing. Click through the gallery for all the info.

King, 64, asked Kelly, 52, if he was saying everyone in the documentary was lying. “They was describing Lucifer. I'm not Lucifer. I'm a man. I make mistakes, but I'm not a devil, and by no means am I a monster,” he said.

King asked if he was saying that he’d never held anyone against their will. He said, “I don't need to. Why would I? How stupid would it be for R. Kelly, with all I've been through in my way way past, to hold somebody, let alone 4, 5, 6, 50, you said — why — how stupid would I be to do that?!”

“That's stupid! Use your common sense,” he shouted. “Forget the blogs, forget how you feel about me. Hate me if you want to, love me if you want. But just use your common sense. How stupid would it be for me, with my crazy past and what I've been through – oh right, now I just think I have to be monster, and hold girls against their will, chain them up in my basement, and don't let them eat, don't let them out, unless they need some shoes down the street from their uncle!”

King tried to interrupt, but he kept ranting, “Stop it. You all quit playing! Quit playing! I didn't do this stuff! This is not me! I'm fighting for my f***ing life! Y'all killing me with this sh*t! I gave you 30 years of my f***ing career!”

Later, King asked if he likes younger women. He said, “I'm a older man that love all women.” He also said, “I just look at legal, okay?” Kelly has been accused of preying on underage women.

Prosecutors in Chicago charged the singer with 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse. Three of the four alleged victims were underage when the suspected crimes occurred. Kelly pleaded not guilty.
