In an interview with Porter magazine in November 2016, Michelle confessed that getting back into the dating scene isn't her thing. She said, "I just want to stay home and take care of people. But I’m also happy with myself and just because I might have a desire to be with someone… that won’t lead me to marry the wrong person.”
She added that life with her 11-year-old daughter, Matilda, whom she had with the late Heath Ledger is "normal" and they are "thriving."
