Boozy Osbourne? 'Wasted Drunk' Kelly Flips Out In Public — Find Out What Caused Her Meltdown

If Sharon and Ozzy's so-called split weren't drama enough for the Osbournes, daughter Kelly's latest outburst just took things to a whole new level!      

When the purple-haired beauty's visited the Sunset Marquis in L.A. on June 16, Kelly kept the drama rolling after being caught on camera exchanging bitter words with a mystery man.  

"Kelly seemed wasted drunk and she was screaming and causing a scene," a source revealed to RadarOnline.  

And even though the star's rep and the hotel's general manager maintain Kelly acted appropriately throughout the night, photos of the incident seem to reveal a very different story. "She was with a group of people in a VIP area when she had this meltdown. People definitely noticed!" the source told Radar.  

But Kelly may have had good reason to flip out that night!  

"Kelly was having a calm night with her friends when a guy in the bar tried to put his hand up her skirt," the on insider explained. Some heated words were exchanged, and it's no wonder. She's an Osbourne!"
